Inner Frame is an immersive retreat where photography, creativity, and sisterhood meet self-discovery.
Set in a beautiful ocean-view home in Cape Town, Inner Frame brings women together for curated brand shoots, portfolio-building opportunities, and the chance to connect their work with brands and wider creative platforms.
Designed for artists, models, and photographers, Inner Frame combines professional collaborations with sisterhood, wellness, and the healing arts. Creating space to elevate your work, expand your visibility, and reconnect with yourself beyond the image.
The Location
Our home for the week is a beautiful seven-bedroom luxury villa, with incredible views of the mountains & ocean.
Just minutes away lies Noordhoek Beach, a 6-kilometre stretch of pristine white sand, turquoise waters & the dramatic cliffs of Chapman’s Peak. One of South Africa’s most beautiful & unspoiled beaches, this untouched stretch of coastline captures everything that makes the Cape Peninsula so special.

Meet your hosts
Beatrice Gilbo
Born in Rome and based in Cape Town for the past 13 years, Beatrice is a photographer and practitioner of the healing arts.
The daughter of an actress, she grew up surrounded by the world of image and performance and learned early how those spaces can both shape and distort one’s sense of self-worth.
Her journey through yoga and Qigong has guided her toward a grounded, loving relationship with herself, one that she now brings into her creative work with others. A devoted yoga practitioner and teacher for over a decade, Beatrice recently completed a three-year teacher training in Qigong.
Specializing in analog film photography, she is passionate about helping women feel truly seen
in their softness, power, and truth.
Cam van den Bergh
Based in Cape Town, Cam is a producer & project manager with a background in sustainable development, drawn
to the intersection of people, nature & creative ideas.
Her work spans international film productions, business development & creative projects, bringing ambitious visions to life through collaboration, curiosity
& thoughtful planning.
Happiest outdoors & often in search of her next adventure, Cam has a love for travel, nature & the unexpected.
Her experiences across different cultures have shaped
her appreciation for the people we meet
& the experiences we share.
Grounded in practicality but guided by curiosity, she finds love in bringing people together, turning ideas into experiences & leaving room for a little magic
& play along the way.
Kaihalana Locey
Originally from Hawai‘i, Kai is a creative entrepreneur devoted to building spaces where art, connection, and self-inquiry meet.
She is the co-founder of Kolder Creative, an online filmmaking academy that has supported thousands of artists in shaping creative careers. Her work extends beyond the digital space into retreats, residencies, and gatherings designed to foster meaningful connection and creative exploration.
Based in Cape Town since 2021, Kai founded Trilogy House, a space she designed for intentional gatherings and creative residencies.
Drawn to the inner landscape as much as the outer, Kai is a certified psychosomatic practitioner, deepening her understanding of the mind-body connection and the role it plays in how we create, relate, and live.
We invite 12 women to join us for five nights in a stunning seven-bedroom villa in Cape Town, with amazing panoramic views stretching from the iconic cliffs of Chapman’s Peak across the shores of Noordhoek Beach. A beautiful setting for a week of creativity, connection & shared experiences.
